Curiously, even though the earlier comedies rose, “Office” (7.9 million, 3.9) and “30 Rock” (5.9 million, 2.9) dropped about 6% each. “The Jay Leno Show” (4.7 million, 1.6) was up 7%. This is the second night this week Leno’s talk show has posted gains. Could “Leno Show” ratings finally be settling?
